KT Generation reimagined this terrace home with smart layout upgrades, sleek interiors, and improved flow—bringing new life and lasting style to a multigenerational space.
For this terrace house in Lorong Gambir, our team restructured key parts of the home, improving ventilation, lighting, and movement flow. The interior received a full overhaul—from flooring and ceiling finishes to kitchen and bathroom fittings.
A clean, monochrome palette was selected to complement the architectural form and to highlight the generous ceiling height and windows. Outdoor areas were resurfaced for improved usability, while interior zones were redefined to better serve multigenerational living.
The transformation strikes a balance between function and flair—making it a standout residence in the heart of the neighbourhood.
