KT Construction curated a space that integrates soft materials, calming colors, and ergonomic furniture. A custom-built pantry counter was installed with storage optimization in mind, while lighting was layered to support different user moods throughout the day.
Attention was given to both comfort and hygiene, including easy-to-clean surfaces and thoughtful spatial planning to avoid congestion. Lounge zones were defined through material changes and furniture placement, promoting usability and flow.
The result is a balanced communal area that supports corporate well-being and global design sensibilities.
Summary
Located overseas, this project involved the fit-out of a communal pantry and lounge space within a larger commercial facility. The client requested a warm yet professional setting that encourages relaxation and informal interaction among staff and visitors.
