224A Compassvale Walk
This HDB unit was transformed into a cozy, clutter-free home with smart storage, clean lines, and warm finishes—designed for comfort, function, and modern family life.
In this project, the homeowners requested a clean and practical layout with modern design elements. We began by revamping the living and dining areas, using a lighter colour palette to visually enlarge the space. Full carpentry solutions were introduced to increase hidden storage while keeping the home clutter-free.
The kitchen and bathrooms were re-tiled and fitted with contemporary fixtures for durability and ease of use. Strategic lighting helped define each space, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere.
This Compassvale unit now serves as a beautiful example of how thoughtful renovations can turn an ordinary flat into a refined and efficient sanctuary.
Summary
Located in the heartlands, this HDB unit at 224A Compassvale Walk underwent a full interior refresh. KT Generation approached the project with a goal to create a space that is efficient, cozy, and welcoming.
